Self-referred Individuals:  This information is for people who learn about me from healthcare professionals, a friend, or on their own.  You may want an ADD assessment or accommodations at college, at work, or to take an examination.  You may want help with a vocational dilemma or with your small business.  You are about to return-to-work after an interruption and need a plan.  You may want to improve the quality of your life and work.  It is my hope this information will help you decide if I am the person you would like to have help you.

Attorney-referred Individuals:  This information is for individuals whose attorney recommended my services and suggested you contact me.   You may want to learn about my background and experiences as an expert witness so you can determine if I can help your attorney with your legal matter.  You may have been told that you need an analysis of your future prospects and employability or vocational rehabilitation plan.  Or maybe your attorney would like me to evaluate the opposing party.  I hope this information will help you prepare questions for me so we can determine whether I am a good choice to work with you and your attorney.

Attorney Information:  This information is for attorneys considering engaging me.  It is intended to help you determine if you want me do a report analysis, a rebuttal report, a comprehensive vocational evaluation of either your client or the opposing party, an assessment of workplace incident impact, or an estimate of employability or earning capacity, or perhaps some other closely related issues.  I have included my abbreviated C.V., s list of recent testimony appearances, my rate sheet, my post-doctoral continuing education, and redacted sample reports.
